The Thanksgiving holiday marked the beginning of a little break from cooking and blogging here. In addition to hosting Thanksgiving (and then consuming all the leftovers), we’ve been entertaining family, sending Christmas cards, wrapping gifts, decking the halls, keeping up with a tireless toddler, and trying to observe some semblance of Advent anticipation and reflection. Collectively, though, these things have all taken a back seat to my new obsession: the television show Glee, which I’ve been watching on hulu.com.
Rest assured, the blog will be back soon. Not only am I almost out of Glee episodes to watch, but I’ve got dinner guests coming on Friday evening. They are sweet enough to babysit for us this week, and they’re also nice enough to eat dinner here, all in the name of the blog project. Gold stars all around!
