Brioche Loaves

This eggy, buttery bread was simple, if a bit time-consuming (mostly inactive time).  I wouldn’t recommend this recipe for novice bread-bakers because the dough is quite sticky, but for a moderately experienced baker it was not that all difficult, and the results were well worth dealing with a little bit of a sticky mess.  Also, it made the house smell like a bakery.  Yum.
