From Barefoot Contessa Parties!, this is just one of several popover recipes I’ve tried.  I love popovers.  I love them most of all for their taste, but also because they look so impressive without much effort at all.  My husband had never even heard of them before he met me (again, you’re welcome, honey), and we were thrilled to see our son gobble them up.
