Green Salad Vinaigrette

I always laugh a little when I impress somebody with homemade salad dressing.  It’s so easy, and I think it tastes a lot better than the commercially prepared dressing that you buy in a bottle.  I plan to whip out this recipe (Barefoot in Paris) plenty of times this summer when we have fresh salad greens, especially because it’s made with ingredients I tend to have on hand.  The champagne vinegar is especially nice.
