In a word? Bummer.
I’m sure there are worthy causes to heat up one’s oven in the middle of berry season, but unfortunately this (Barefoot Contessa at Home) is not one of them. The real bummer is that I made a double batch. I made the recommended yield and followed the directions carefully, but the batter overflowed into the oven, making a stinky mess. In short, sadly, this gets a “will not repeat.”
