Shrimp Salad, two ways

This may be an example of the Barefoot Contessa cheating  a bit to fill cookbook pages.  Her two recipes for shrimp salad are virtually identical, except that one (How Easy is That?) calls for roasting the shrimp, and the other (Barefoot Contessa Parties!) calls for boiling it.  I split one bag of shrimp two ways so I could do both in one night.  The good news, I guess, is that I couldn’t taste an appreciable difference between the two cooking methods.
