Spaghetti Aglio e Olio

This recipe (from How Easy is That?) was so simple, and so good.  Read the instructions carefully before beginning, as there is a step about reserving the pasta water.  (I didn’t forget – this time – but I could really see myself doing that sometime if I just browsed over the ingredients.)  Don’t be afraid of the amount of garlic (8 cloves!) – they really make the dish.  We ate this with fresh tomatoes from our CSA, and I could see it going well with any number of fresh vegetables.
