Don’t ask me why you’d want to ruin perfectly good deviled eggs with smoked salmon, but if you’re into that kind of thing, I guess this is a good recipe to use (from How Easy is That?).
As you can tell from the photo, I only added the salmon to some of the eggs. There was no point in going through all of that trouble of peeling the eggs just to make something that would interest only my dad and the neighborhood feral cats.
A good thing I took from this recipe, though, was that chives really do improve the humble deviled egg.
