This recipe (Back to Basics) is so easy, and so good. These turnovers are the type of thing that I’m always tempted to pick up at the bakery, or Costco, and sometimes I give in to the temptation. Who knew they could be ours, fresh and hot out of the oven? Thanks, puff pastry!
I didn’t make this for the longest time because the recipe includes dried cherries, but I just omitted them. I’m getting cantankerous that way.
