This doesn’t look very roulade-y, does it? I accidentally bought a bone-in turkey breast instead of two boneless turkey breast halves. Mea culpa. To tell the truth, it’s probably just as well. I don’t think I’m coordinated enough to pull off a turkey roulade. Separately, though, the turkey breast and sausage stuffing were delicious, and something you may want to consider if you’re contemplating a small Thanksgiving party this year. The good thing about keeping them separate is that my children would not have touched any of it with a ten-foot pole if everything was combined, but each of them ate a huge portion of turkey. This is no small thing at our house – a dinner everyone will eat, and protein for the carb-addicted kids. Victory!
