Hot Chocolate

I made this (from the Barefoot Contessa Cookbook) to celebrate our first snow of the season earlier this week.  Brrr!

 

It was rich and delicious, and representative of what I dreamed our life in Minnesota would be before we moved here.  If you’re looking for a use for some of the sub-standard powdered stuff, I suggest adding some to your morning coffee to make a poor (wo)man’s mocha.
