Mustard Roasted Fish

We didn’t have high hopes for this recipe (from Back to Basics), but it improved and elevated the taste of a simple white fish without much effort.  You’ll have to trust me that it tasted better than it looks here, but maybe this is as good as anything for a scary Halloween post.  I think that we’re still more salmon and scallops kind of people, but if you want to jazz up an otherwise boring white fish, this would be a good way to do it.
