Word has it that the Curessa has moved to the Lone Star State. All of Texas is celebrating. And those with culinary curiosities can’t wait to see what jalapeño morphing will do for the Project. Howdy, and welcome! Andy.

Met you some years ago as a member of a search committee considering your husband for a rectorate. I loved your sassy love of life and people then, and am refreshed to encounter it again. Best regards to you both. I’m a foodie and will read on.

    • Thanks, Jake! It’s great to hear from you. I really need to update this blog more often – I feel a bit like I’m cheating on Ina because I’m having a torrid affair with the recipes in Melissa Clark’s Dinner: Changing the Game. She writes for the New York Times Cooking section. Everything she makes is brilliant. You can find some of my other writing at mbird.com – I write fairly regularly there for Mockingbird Ministries. Thanks again for reading and reaching out!
